Building Inclusive Futures: Partnership & Learning with PPEP

Given my PhD studies in Special Education, my passion for inclusive education, and the work of PPEP (Portable, Practical Educational Preparation, Inc.) to empower underserved communities, I see a meaningful opportunity to collaborate.

My vision is to expand my Inclusive Voices educational podcast with PPEP’s support, using it as a platform to promote inclusion by sharing stories, resources, and strategies with youth, families, and educators. Coming from Mozambique, where children with disabilities often face exclusion due to limited resources and social barriers, I know how powerful accessible media can be in changing mindsets and opening opportunities.

Through PPEP’s networks and experience, the podcast can reach rural and diverse communities in Arizona while also connecting to global perspectives from Mozambique. This partnership would create a model of inclusive, community-driven media that amplifies voices, builds leadership, and ensures that no learner is left behind.
