Three Questions for Today

Have you ever asked yourself:

Am I loved?

Do I matter to someone?

These are deep questions that touch the human heart.

At some point, we all need to feel seen, valued, and loved.

But there is another question we are invited to reflect on:

Am I someone who is truly loved?

And if the answer is yes, there is still one more essential question:

Who are those who truly love me?

At the center of this time of reflection is a powerful truth:God loved us first.

Before we ever thought of loving God, He already loved us. And this love was not only spoken, it was revealed. God showed His love by sending His Son to serve us.

This is not an ordinary love.It is sacrificial love.

And this leads us to reflect personally:

Are we able to give sacrificial love?

Are we able to truly devote ourselves to others?

True love does not disappear when things become difficult or inconvenient. Instead, it remains. It endures. It stays present even in the hardest moments.

Love is not always dramatic or visible. More often, it is expressed through small, everyday actions, in patience, in care, in listening, and in simply being present.

God has proven His love for us. And because God loves us, we are called to love one another.

This love can appear in many forms: in the care of a parent, in the dedication of a teacher, mentor, in the support of a friend,or in the simple act of giving time, attention, and compassion.

When we offer our time, our care, and our presence, we reflect God’s love in the world.

As Scripture reminds us:

“This is how God showed His love among us: He sent His one and only Son into the world that we might live through Him.”— 1 John 4:9–11

Let this be a moment to pause and reflect.

Today, more than simply asking if we are loved,we are invited to ask:

Am I loving others?
